Will employers know I used ApplyBot?+
No — and this is the part nobody else can say honestly. Applications send as a normal email from your own Gmail address with your name and a cover letter written for that specific role. There's no bot filling forms on a company website, no shared sender domain. A recruiter sees exactly what they'd see if you'd written it yourself.
Is connecting my Gmail safe?+
We request only the send permission from Google's official OAuth — we can't read your inbox. Tokens are stored encrypted, and you can revoke access in one click from your Google account at any time.
What does "approval" actually look like?+
Every morning we send matched jobs to your WhatsApp or Telegram with the drafted cover letter. You tap ✅ to send or ❌ to skip. Nothing ever goes out without your tap.
Where do the jobs come from?+
We scan Hacker News Who's Hiring, Remote OK, We Work Remotely and the major Nigerian boards every morning, then filter to roles that actually match your CV, level and preferences — no spray-and-pray.
How is this different from auto-apply bots like Sprout or Simplify?+
Those tools fill web forms as a bot, from their infrastructure. ApplyBot sends real, personalised emails from you. Replies land in your inbox, follow-ups come from your address, and you pay a fraction per application (Starter works out around 8¢ per application vs ~25¢ on typical credit plans).
